年代新聞、壹電視 身為台開股東，卻藉由媒體操作，做出對台開公司之不實報導，意圖撼動股東對台開公司的信任、間接減損公司利益，台開將建請NCC督導改正。 2023/1/6（五）年代及壹電視新聞以『台開股東常會「草草散會」 股東們氣炸：有掏空之嫌』為題，報導台開當日的股東常會，並仍以財報問題指控台開有掏空之嫌，以上資訊皆為不實報導，作為台開董事長，必須在此嚴厲指正、澄清。 2022/12/7 台開在會計師協助下，編制完成公司 110 年度財務報表，雖然無法完全符合現行法框架程序，仍於當日「股東常會」負責任的對所有股東揭露，使股東能透過此份財務報表，充分瞭解營運現況，以及公司的財務狀態。 …

有關媒體17日報導「台開經營權之爭！女員工保管大小章竟挨告」，文中未見提及台開公司因該名王姓員工所做所為，已面臨經營受阻與遭受利益損害，對於媒體未給出兩造平衡說法，僅將部分案件理解為經營權紛爭，有形無形中已損及公司名譽、影響公司永續經營，台開表示無法理解與遺憾。 台開公司針對媒體「經營權之爭」說法，亦表達嚴正抗議。 吳子嘉先生業已經由法院明確認定其非法歇業、非法資遣員工、非法變更台開子孫公司負責人，並竊取公司帳冊及竊取印鑑章等上述不合法行為判決在案（詳見臺灣臺北地方法院111年度北簡字第12357號判決，111年12月26日16時宣判），吳既已被判無權無資格，並從台開除名者，如何能列名…
